Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

Content development & management

  • Ensure A+ content on all the top priority products, within our distributor’s web shops and Allegro
  • Manage, analyses (regular audit) and draw conclusions to optimize e-commerce KPIs (conversion rate, bounce…)
  • Generate and monitor consumer’s reviews (pre-launch product testing, managing secret groups, e-sampling, etc.) to drive traffic and to get product & marketing insights
  • Develop brand’s image in line with its DNA & objectives through adapting innovative and meaningful content to nourish the consumer experience on all touch points
  • Manage the content and drive sales through the B2B platform

Manage Allegro Ads, campaigns and brand-shops presentation

  • Supervise and create top class content within Allegro marketplace
  • Run efficient ads campaigns, ensuring high ROAS
  • Use Allegro sales campaigns and other tools to boost sales
  • Cooperate with the regional sales team and distributors on brand shop management
  • Constant monitoring of service quality
  • Resolve consumer claims and stimulate reviews
  • Report sellout and ROI

  • minimum 2 years of experience in working on a similar position
  • knowledge of the construction and operation of e-commerce systems
  • basic knowledge of SEO, Google environment and analytics
  • good knowledge of Allegro business environment
  • self-driven, seeking for improvements and most efficient solutions
  • highly organise
  • task-oriented
  • high presentation skills
  • high analytical skills with deep Excel background
  • very good English
