This role pairs deep platform expertise with a new technology development mandate: the Sr. Global Product Manager sets the long-term (3–5 year) vision and roadmap for their platforms, identifies and develops emerging technology and new category opportunities that deliver incremental growth beyond the established line, develops processes and best practices that may have company-wide process impact, and resolves problems before negative business impact occurs. The role reports to the Director, Global Product Management with cross-functional collaboration across the global organization to deliver successful products to launch that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities

- Policy & Process Development: Develops and executes processes, policies, and best practices within the Product Management function that may have company-wide process impact, from streamlining cross-departmental workflows to building new tools adopted across the organization with a long-term focus and helps establish the operating structure of a newly restructured PM team.
- Generate market & consumer insights: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Analyze market trends, competition, pricing, consumer feedback, sell-through, and product performance to identify opportunities and guide portfolio decisions.

- Product Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance and analyzes key metrics to assess success, gathering customer feedback and iterating based on data-driven insights. Work with Product Quality to evaluate feedback and make data-driven product decisions, which requires familiarity with platforms like Bazaarvoice and other post-purchase customer insights. A familiarity with all the licensed IP on their respective platforms and key knowledge of which IP is over- and under-performing in each season is a must; recognizing new IP opportunities in expansion categories is a plus.
- Pricing & Revenue Optimization: Collaborates with pricing teams to set the right costing and pricing strategy for the product, monitoring and optimizing pricing based on market dynamics and customer feedback to maximize revenue and profitability.
