Job Summary
We are looking for an innovation focused leader to own the AI and Digital Marketing for the global technology peripherals business. This is a leadership role with two connected mandates.
- Digital Marketing: build and execute a unified global digital marketing strategy across the portfolio’s B2B brands (Kensington, EPOS) and consumer brand (PowerA), while leading, coaching and developing a high-performing global digital marketing team. This role requires a strong understanding of website infrastructure, digital performance data, compliance standards, and global coordination.
- AI Strategy: define and drive the organisation’s AI strategy. This begins with marketing, demand generation and customer experience and in the longer term, across multiple departments throughout the business.
The role uniquely blends hands-on digital marketing leadership with enterprise-level AI vision, change management and the credibility to influence at senior levels. This role will suit someone equally comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver measurable commercial impact. The ideal candidate has experience managing digital teams and executing large-scale, data-informed initiatives across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Build and execute a scalable global digital marketing strategy across B2B (Kensington, EPOS) and consumer (PowerA) brands — tailored to each brand's audience, buying cycle and channel mix, and designed to flex with future growth.
- Lead the in-house digital agency, delivering regional performance marketing campaigns against local teams' objectives, budgets and priorities, and championing a data-driven, test-and-learn culture.
- Own the full digital channel mix: SEO/GEO/SEM, paid media and programmatic, paid social, email/CRM, content, web/CRO, and analytics/attribution.
- Define and continuously optimise the global MarTech stack, ensuring data, platforms and measurement are fit for scale and compliant with privacy (GDPR, CCPA) and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Set and manage the global digital marketing budget for efficient allocation and clear, demonstrable ROI.
- Build a unified measurement and attribution framework that reflects the distinct B2B (Kensington, EPOS) and consumer (PowerA) buying cycles, so revenue contribution is tracked accurately across both without collapsing them into a single model.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting (GA4, Looker Studio, Google Search Console) that turn website, campaign and sales performance into actionable insight and show marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue to senior leadership.
AI Strategy & Adoption
Phase 1
- User training, upskilling and governance. Build a test & learn culture within the marketing team and ensure users are clear on what humans should do and what AI can do for them. Build guidelines and guardrails so users are building workflows that are approved by major stakeholders IE Legal & IT.
- Marketing & CX: define and deliver the AI strategy and roadmap, starting with marketing and customer experience use cases (content generation, discoverability, personalization, campaign and media optimization, customer insight and automation).
- Prototype and deliver high-value AI proofs of concept, measuring ROI and operational impact.
Phase 2
- Scale: build on proven, ROI-positive use cases to scale AI adoption across all departments (sales, operations, finance, HR, product, customer service and beyond), with the governance, data-privacy/ethics, tooling and vendor framework to do so responsibly.
- Lead change management and capability-building — upskilling teams, driving adoption and embedding AI into everyday workflows.
- Stay ahead of a fast-moving AI landscape and act as internal evangelist and trusted AI advisor to senior leadership and department heads.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of five digital marketing professionals across multiple regions, building a high-performing, inclusive culture with clear goals and development pathways.
- Attract, develop and retain top talent, building capability in both digital marketing and AI fluency.
- Partner with brand, product, sales, e-commerce, Legal, IT/data and regional teams to align strategy with execution.
- Work closely with the Senior Director, Global Marketing and wider leadership to align marketing and AI priorities with commercial objectives, and secure senior buy-in for AI adoption beyond marketing.
- Manage external agencies, technology vendors and partners.
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ digital marketing experience, including several years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Proven experience leading digital & AI strategy across both B2B and consumer/B2C contexts (or strong, demonstrable range across both).
- Track record of building and executing global or multi-region digital marketing strategies that delivered measurable commercial results.
- Deep expertise across the digital channel mix and a modern MarTech stack.
- Demonstrable experience applying AI and automation to marketing, with the strategic capability to scale it enterprise-wide.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset; fluent in performance metrics, attribution and ROI.
- Proven people leadership — building, coaching and developing high-performing, distributed teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence at senior/executive level.
- Strong change-management capability.
Measures/KPI’s
- A unified, executable global digital marketing strategy adopted across all three brands.
- Demonstrable year-on-year improvement in core digital marketing KPIs. Ie: global traffic, conversion, MQLs/pipeline (B2B) and e-commerce leads/revenue (consumer)
- Improved efficiency across digital channels (CAC, conversion rate, ROAS).
- A target of 3–5 AI proofs of concept (POCs) delivered in marketing/CX with measurable ROI.
- A leadership-ready AI roadmap for cross-departmental implementation.
- Evidence of AI adoption and productivity gains beginning to extend beyond marketing.
- Strong team engagement, capability growth and retention.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000
