Job Summary

  

Delivering the creation, implementation, and optimisation of market-leading etail specific content, copy, video, and images.

Increase conversion with the lead focus on Amazon product pages, including A++ (premium) content and brand stores, with the goal of increasing product page ranking, conversion, and ultimately sales across Amazon EMEA.

Be the main point of contact for all content topics.  

Responsibilities

Responsible for the content of specified and varying product and categories in all format and locations.

Project manage and lead new product introductions, working closely with external agencies and internal Brand Marketing and Product Manage Team

Create and publish detailed and extensively optimised content for Etail product listings.

Ensure new product introductions are placed timely and have maximum impact.

Prioritise and implement content improvements on existing products to increase visibility and sales conversion on Amazon and other key e-tailers.

Manage relationship and brief third-party agency to ensure ACCO EMEA is using the most relevant up to date product and brand presentation to achieve higher levels of conversion for new and existing products.

Regular monitoring, reporting and optimising of product listings and product detail pages across the core EMEA markets.

Auditing best in class content from direct competition and outside of ACCO industry and make recommendations for improvement.

Ensure timely product activation against committed timings, completing necessary administrative tasks.

Ensure Etail content is shared and available to the wider organisation and external customers.

Work with central marketing and brand teams to develop improved material for existing and new products.

Coordinate and communicate with markets and key stakeholders status on all projects via regular market update meetings.

Utilise merchandising management systems, primarily Amazon Vendor Central and agency platforms to manage product content.

Be a leader within the Centre of Excellance Team with the core focus of delivering optimised and category leading content on the Amazon platform.

Supervise, provide support and share best practice with the wider Etail team.

Qualifications

  

  • University Degree in marketing, data science/analytics or business studies.
  • Additional language German - preferable
