We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the development and execution of product strategies across key Kensington categories in EMEA who will be reporting to the Lead Product Manager within the Kensington product team. Based in the UK, you will collaborate with global and regional teams to help drive product innovation, market fit, and commercial success.

This role will involve occasional travel.

Responsibilities

 

 

  • Category Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of assigned product categories, including market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape across EMEA.
  • Regional Advocacy: Represent EMEA-specific requirements in global product planning and development discussions.
  • Product Roadmap Support: Assist in shaping and maintaining product roadmaps, supporting the development process from concept through to launch.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Contribute to the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies, including pricing, promotion, and channel placement.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to develop messaging, packaging, and sales collateral aligned with category strategy.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the product and sales teams with product data management and requests, building training guides and presentations to drive product knowledge and adoption.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track product performance using sales, inventory, and market data; assist in forecasting and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Lifecycle Management: Help the product team in managing the full product lifecycle, including new product introductions, end-of-life planning, and inventory transitions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain, sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of product plans.
  • Event Participation: Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to support product launces and gather market insights.

Qualifications

 

What We’re Looking For

 

Essential:

  • Already have experience within a product management, marketing or a commercial role.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); ERP system experience is a plus.
  • Interest in technology and consumer electronics.

 

Desirable:

  • Experience working in the computer peripherals or FMCG sector
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A second European language.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
